From storm to spring

I missed the Great Storm because I was off bathing in 40 degree water in Iceland. So a bit of a shock today to see giants like this beech toppled in the sunshine.
The Heath is still a muddy swamp, but the ponds had risen to six degrees.
We’ve lost some trees but Spring is possibly rising in London, Kiev and Caracas.
